I haven't been to Olive Garden in a long time so I was really looking forward to enjoying a nice meal. The lady at the front room was very nice.   I'm not going to mention our waitress's name because I don't want to humiliate her in any way. But after we ordered our food there was a piece of hair in our chicken Alfredo. My daughter quickly noticed it and I asked for a new plate.  I didn't make a big deal or overreact but I just simply asked for some bread to go and she did not want to give me any. I guess the oven is baking for a really long time.... I've couldn't made a big deal..  I mean it's not really a pleasant experience  to find hair over your chicken Alfredo...  But really I just asked for 5 pieces of bread to take home and they didn't want to do that... so that's why I will never come to this place again only if I have no other choice....  There are plenty other restaurants in the area that are willing To treat the customers a little better than this.....

Food was very great, we each tried something new off the menu and loved it! The service was fantastic and we all left happy and full

My family and I are from Toledo and we gladly make the drive to Southgate, MI for this Olive Garden. The quality of service and friendliness of the staff as well the quality of the food are what keep us coming back. If you go on a Friday or Saturday night for dinner make sure to ask for Robert. You will not be disappointed. He is someone who actually cares about his job and his customers. He made my son's birthday that much more memorable by simply taking the time to write Happy Birthday in raspberry sauce on his dessert plate. Haven't come across many that would care enough to do that. Again this Olive Garden is well worth the drive. From the staff, to the food to the restaurant itself you will not be disappointed.

Olive Garden Italian Restaurant in Southgate delivered us a wonderful dining experience. It was clean and comfortable. Our server Anna was warm and attentive. The meal delicious. I tried the Chicken Marsala and found it outstanding. Fresh mushrooms.  I did so much enjoy it. Recommend trying Olive Garden.

Olive garden is always a family favorite they have something for everyone. The fat guy in me loves the soup and pasta. Always good service and food is delicious.Food: 5/5

Service was amazing today. Waitress betty? I believe her name was, she was so kind, friendly and, talkative with us, she also didnt judge the amount of cheese i needed for my salad. Food was also 10/10. Will return again :!

Excellent experience today the soup pasta fajioli is one of my favorites, they're doing the unlimited soup or salad and the chicken marsala was absolutely delicious today.

Excellent meal today! Chicken Fettuccine Alfredo, Zuppo Tuscana soup and Lasagna. Extra Alfredo sauce for dipping the breadsticks in is a must!

I had a truly fantastic experience here recently. My family of 3 went to dinner the gentleman we had as a server was fantastic. He made the table accessible for my wheelchair  before I made it to the table. He was quick, courteous, efficient and attentive without being smothering. Our food was good and came out at a nice speed. I wish I remembered his name but this was one of the best experiences I've ever had at Olive Garden. Top 5 best restaurant experiences in my lifetime.

Food used to be great, now.... not so much. The fried calamari and the sauce that it used to come with is gone... huge disappointment.  The chicken gnocchi soup is about the only thing that I truly enjoyed.  Now the service was great as per usual and the atmosphere hasn't changed. But my wife and I agreed the food just wasn't as good.
