Let me start this by saying that our server Melvin S, was very polite, welcoming and professional. I did not have to ask for a single thing at the table. Our food was amazing and fast! I ordered chicken soup and salad to start. They both very fresh and delicious. The bread sticks were fresh and warm I enjoyed the soup more than some of the soups my mom makes! I ordered the Strawberry passion fruit drink and it was so refreshing, but my husband ordered the peach Bellini tea and it did tasted like out of a packaging, so maybe pay a little extra and enjoy the hand crafted drink. I had shrimp fettuccine and my husband ordered tour of Italy. Both of our dishes were excellent and loved our time. This was the only place I did not have to add salt to my food Kid-friendliness: Lots of kids and bathrooms have a step for kids to wash hand easily.
Service could have been better. Maybe the server was having a bad day. But this visit was more about the whole experience. Received a dirty plate, forgot to give me water then took 30 minutes just for spaghetti during lunch. The purpose was to sit down and enjoy but had to get a to go box because I didn't have time to eat. But I'll give them the benefit of doubt because maybe everyone working there today was having a bad day.
Olive Garden is exactly what we think it is. A relic of its time when all of us would frequent this establishment as families, friends, etc. It hasn’t lost its taste, but it has somehow lost its sense of familial touch in my opinion. I think Olive Garden should re-look at their menu and consider making some serious changes to how they market Italian food. It is not at all what Italians consider to be customary. Their spaghetti still good though.
Everyone so so nice. I’m a single mom and I had just spent the prior week in DC and then flew back and picked up kids and flew us all back so I was definitely tired by the end of the trip and the waiter and manager were so amazing my daughter ended up having to go to the bathroom and the manager personally had waiter help and make sure my son was watched while he escorted me to the bathroom up front. The wait time was also not bad and definitely worth the wait for customer service like that. Oh and of course the food, I just can never get enough of the salad.
I had made the mistake of placing my catering order for our office work party for the following day instead of the same day and I called and spoke to a wonderful worker named Carmen. She not only was able to quickly help me solve my issue but got my order ready fast! Great customer service. My order was big and everything in it was correct. I highly recommend ordering from here. Will be ordering Olive Garden again from this location soon.
We sat and waited for nearly 30 minutes before we determined that our waiter was not going to show up. I went to the hostess to ask where our waiter was, just to be given attitude for a simple question. When someone told us they would find someone to service us, nothing happened, even the table next to us decided to leave. We just decided to get up and go to one of the other restaurants. Best part, no one seemed to care that we even left. I understand that they are understaffed near the holidays but we could have waited for another table that had service. People who sat down after us at adjacent tables had waiters, yet we weren't seen despite our table light flashing. Very disappointed, as we are big fans of olive garden, would recommend a different location.
I came to grab dinner I did a an online order pick up when I pulled up to the restaurant all the curb side pick up spots were full so I had to go inside. It was so packed in here which is a good thing because to me this means people like this location. The things that I didn’t really like was no one was there to greet you or show you where to pick your food up. I did an online order and still my food wasn’t ready I had to ask a waiter to check in my order. I was still happy someone helped me out. The food here was up to our expectations so I’m very happy. We got the shrimp Alfredo, stuffed shells, shrimp scampi, kids ravioli, strawberry NY cheesecake, and tiramisu. I would say the everything was delicious but for me the shrimp scampi was bland and dry. Everything else was excellent.
@olivegarden is easily one of those places which you can find easily anywhere in the USA. And def a place with delicious Italian food. Here's what you can order as Jain food: 1. Mozerella Sticks. You will have to eat without the sauce though. But the sticks on their own are just too yummy and cheesy 2. They give you free salad when you order an entree. Make sure you order without onion, croutons and the dressing it has eggs 3. You will also get free breads which usually comes with garlic butter. You can request one without it and it is still just as soft. 4. For entree, You can order make your pasta with any pasta option other than gluten free one. Ask them to make it in classic tomato sauce. That's the only Jain sauce. You can add broccoli like I did for some fiber needs! Their cappuccino wouldn't disappoint either. Honorary mention of five cheese baked ziti and Alfredo fettuccine for my Non Jain folks!! Try it out and let me know how your experience was. Don't forget to share!! #olivegarden #jainfoodinusa #jainfoodolivegarden #jainfood #jainfoodie #jainitalianfood #thejainfoodranger #jainspaghetti #mozerellasticks
Our food was good. David was our server. He was fast knowledgeable and kind. Our food was also at the right temperature. The Atmosphere was great for a lunch date with my husband. We will be back.
Italian food was delicious, but costs were high due to the Bidenflation. Salads and bread are free when you order the main entree. Herb-grilled salmon was delicious. Service was excellent - courteous and professional. The atmosphere was pleasant as long as the restaurant was not crowded. Parking: Easy to park - a plenty of parking lot. Kid-friendliness: The menu section has kid meals available. Wheelchair accessibility: There is accessibility for wheelchairs to the entrance.
