I really appreciate the quality and integrity of the Oliver technicians.  Our family has taken advantage of the yearly plan and I love that they call me to remind me its time to schedule maintenance so I don't have to worry about forgetting to do it. We have had one emergency due to mice chewing wires and they came out on a Friday night at 10pm to fix at no extra cost for the maintenance (other than materials to replace wires damaged.) They are great!

Awesome responsiveness. Water pressure valve on the main water intake cracked. Started with a slow drip and grew quickly to a giant spray. Oliver responded after hours and had a plumber  in our house at 8 a.m. on Saturday morning. Replaced the valve and even improved the overall water pressure in my house! Huge relief!

I was so pleased with Oliver's HVAC product and service, that I hired them for home remodeling.  BIG MISTAKE!  Two weeks have passed since I have heard from my contractor, and my daughter's bathroom, (which was started a month ago), still isn't finished.   And, the final touch-up on a job completed in December - not done.  Regrets...
Week 3.  Still no communication.  But I got an invoice!

Heat went out at our Home-... BBRRR COLD------ Oliver Heating send "Don" to our home that day- Don was thoughtful by putting booties on his shoes and went right to work- Had the parts we needed on the truck and in 2 hours had the heat working and then checked all the other parts of our heater to ensure everything was working correctly. Cleaned up after himself and reviewed went happened and why. 
Great Company- Highly recommend- Great Employees working for them too

Love Oliver Heating and that they are a Christian based company. Always great service from making our appointment to our technician home visit. I have 5 kids and they Usually have lots of questions and like to watch. The techs always take time to answer them and never seem annoyed by them. Which I love.
