Established in 1961 by Attorneys William J. Oliver, Paul H. Price and Kenneth A. Rhodes, Oliver, Price & Rhodes has been serving the people of Northeastern Pennsylvania including Clarks Summit PA, Scranton PA and Wilkes Barre PA for half a century. Beginning as a small general practice firm, Oliver, Price & Rhodes has grown into a firm of fourteen lawyers serving clients with a wide range of legal issues.
