Oliver’s Bistro is a hidden gem that brings a touch of culinary elegance to the neighborhood. The French onion soup is a heartwarming classic, rich with caramelized onions and a perfect crust of Gruyère. The escargot, bathed in garlic and parsley butter, offers a delicate balance of earthy and indulgent flavors. Lobster ravioli arrives as a revelation, each bite bursting with the sweet, tender essence of fresh lobster, enveloped in a silky cream sauce. The shrimp curry is an unexpected delight, with a vibrant, aromatic blend of spices accompanied with mango and plátano maduro.  Don't skip dessert. The German Streusel is the original owners recipe and has never left the restaurant - it provides a sweet, satisfying end to the meal. But what truly sets Oliver’s apart is Phil, the general manager. His warmth and engaging conversation make you feel not just like a guest, but a welcomed friend. In a city brimming with dining options, Oliver’s Bistro stands out as a beacon of hospitality and culinary excellence.

Wonderful, amazing place. Anything on the menu, you cannot go wrong. Delicious, 100%. Local, residents and have been enjoying Oliver's on a regular basis for years...and the Dogs love it too patio of course. Try the Aztec Old Fashioned, L'original ; LIVE UPDATE: Happy Hour 4-7pm, M-F. It is probably the best local restaurant around Miami Beach, especially for brunch and dinner. They have an amazing atmosphere, and as it’s located on West Ave, where mostly only locals, it makes it more joyful to visit this place and sit outdoors. The food is very delicious, the staff are very friendly, and honestly, none of my friends or family I took there ever complained.

This is by far my favorite restaurant in South Beach. I could just eat here everyday. The menu is so incredible with healthy delicious flavorful variety of surf, turf and more. A great vibe and indoor/outdoor atmosphere with lovely staff and great service. Discovered the blackened shrimp tacos, seen in photo. Highly recommend the burger or blackened Mahi. Yum

This café is a local gem! It’s simple, cozy, and offers a great selection of food, all of which is delicious. I’ve been here a few times, mostly for breakfast/brunch the Eggs Benedict is a must – so yummy!, but recently I came for dinner and had the grilled salmon. It was absolutely delicious. Whether you’re stopping by for a casual brunch or a relaxed dinner, this café never disappoints!

We had lunch at Oliver’s Bistro and the food was great as well as the service. The terasse was a nice break from the Miami sun. Definitely recommend the fireball mule they had on the cocktail menu! All and all a great restaurant with great friendly service.Food: 5/5

I used to come here more often when I lived on the bay side of the island. Now, I come for a solid quality breakfast in an atmosphere that is pleasant and clean away from the tourist's traps.  Everyone thoroughly enjoyed their food. Two breakfasts: bagel and lox and all American.  the other person had a burger and as a connoisseur was pleased. Service was fine with no hiccups. Cesar was pleasant and attentive.  I noted that the onions in the onions rings are cut extra thick and too thick for a general likeness and they were the only part of the entire table order that went uneaten. Do go, skip the rings. A Plus Recommends.

While the calamari was a bit greasy, my Cobb salad was excellent and my cousins Texas burger was about the size of Texas. The Creme brulee had a nice crunchy top as well.  Wheelchair accessibility: You can easily sit outside with a chair

First time here and not impressed. Asked the server for brown sugar and had to ask again when coffee was cold because he forgot. Then everyone gets their order and I got waffles by itself I ordered chicken and waffles by the time I got my food right everyone was done eating. And tip included in the bill for mediocre service is very messed up. Food was not that great either. Chicken on the chicken and waffles didn’t have seasoning or salt, very tasteless. I didn’t even ask my party how their food was, after seating there watching everyone eat and your food comes last, last thing you want to do is ask how their food is. Not coming back again.

We had a 12 hour layover in Miami on our trip abroad. We had a lovely brunch on Xmas eve, we were grateful they were open unlike the last 2 places we tried beforehand. I tried the sayulita cocktail which was like a mezcal old fashioned a white sangria, and the California eggs Benedict. The seating outside was great, covered saved us from a rain shower but beautiful breeze. My boyfriend had the Dutch apple pancake and the south point punch cocktail and a mimosa. The food was excellent! Fresh, flavors well balanced and good portions! Will come again when we are back in town!
