Shines worn off, others offer the same merchandise in a like environment with better or at least some customer service. Never heard an employee say high or may I help you the hour plus I was there, definitely not PBLX level of customer service. Did hear a supervisor screaming at a worker. There carts are a mismatch of cast offs from other stores. Their aisles are nice and wide and unexpectedly nice. They do not have mobility carts which would be good in this large of a store.

Great place. Like most, big lots ETC, you have to know your prices. Otherwise they really do have great bargains and cool stuff. My wife and I dropped some good cash on our first visit and came away with some good stuff cheap.

This is a bargain store. They sell items that are new from businesses that have bankrupt, closeout or discontinued products from what I was able to see. The prices are reasonable. This is a good store for kids that are going to college to get them set up in their dorms or apartments. They were busy today. This store is new to the area as they opened up in August 2017. It is not handicap friendly. 
They do not have an electric cart. The store does have one wheelchair with a basket. A store this size and the items sold should have electric handicap carts. Merchandise is nicely placed and tagged. The employees are busy but helpful. They make sure you find what you are looking for. 
They also have a reward program in which you join and collect points. They will send you coupons online and discounts. I'm not sure how it works, they did sday the more points you accumulate after a certain amount you get money off. To some this is an incentive I guess. They do have a return policy and must present receipt with in 30 days for exchange, store credit, or money back. It is solely up to management as read.

Went there for a particular item advertised. It was sold out. I believe it was a bait & switch. I went twice to try and find it. Other than that, the store is like a blend of a giant big lots, old time pottery, and the flea market. It was surprisingly overpriced for what it was. There are items that are there for sale that you can buy next door at the dollar tree for a dollar and there they are $3-$4. I was amazed at the pandemonium at the store, you would have thought it was right before a hurricane. People were lining up with cartloads of stuff, just because they advertise it as a deep discount. I guess that says a lot about the type of customers you will see there. I can't comment on the staff, because I could not find any.

Love the store but the attitude from some employees SUCK . especially CYNTHIA ! while a clerk is having trouble with a card making the line back up , my mother ,two girls and I went to her lane not realizing her light is off and with a VERY RUDE TONE said "I'm closed ! Can you not see the light is off" I have never wanted to curse someone out so bad. I'm shopping trying to buy items and your being rude about it instead of saying it politely . so we put our stuff back and left. You should really check her for her horrible attitude to us and OTHERS who went after us . HORRIBLE SERVICE
