Anyone who has read any of my reviews knows that I hate to give a bad review. I dread it because as a business owner I know these reviews matter. I also realize these reviews are necessary for a business to wake up and make things better so they remain in business. So here goes, First they are cash only! I haven't had Ollie's Trolley since I was a kid and probably should have gotten the Ollie Burger that I remember. But I was very hungry. But I decided on the double cheeseburger and fries and hate to say this but it was almost inedible. It had hardly any flavor and was very dry. The fries were great though. The service was great! Workers appeared to enjoy their work, and were very friendly!  I will have to try again and next time I will get the classic Ollie Burger. Don't take my word for it, everyone should try it for themselves.

Go when it’s busy. There wasn’t a line when I got there, so the burger had just been sitting for a while and kinda dry. The wrapper peeled off onto the cheese. But it was pretty good. Fries were good. $10 for OllieBurger and fries.Food: 4/5

The memory is better than reality.  I remember the burgers tasting much different.  The fries were amazing and the service helpful.  But the burger really was just a burger.Food: 3/5

Oddly enough, I’ve been in the area all my life and just found out about this place. It’s been around forever, serving up burgers and fries out of a trolley. It’s takeout only and cash is the only acceptable payment. And the burgers are fantastic. One of the best burgers I’ve had. The fries were money too. A must stop if you live here or just passing through.

If ever I’m downtown on a week day during business hours I make sure to grab some cash and enjoy this  Louisville staple. My favoriteFood: 5/5

I drove past this place yesterday and the line was out the door. Today I stoped and had an Ollie burger with fries. The burger and fries  were lip-smacking good.  It's a cash only buisness.Food: 5/5

The line, of course is the only bad thing about the experience but, you can make some new friends while waiting. Anyways, the burger was amazing! The gesture of the beef and the flavours of the sauce. The fries are well seasoned. Eat them while they are smoking hot. Once they go cold, they don't taste good. The only minor complaint was, my burger had a piece of a latex glove stuck to the edge of the burger. It had blended into the cheese. I had to take apart my burger to make sure that there weren't any other pieces left.

Ollie's is an institution in Louisville! Incredible burgers, and the Ollie Fries - OMG! The seasoning is indescribably delicious! And the Ollie Sauce on the burger is out of this world as well. DON'T mess up the burger by getting anything else ketchup, mustard on there. Experience the burger the way it's meant to be, with the Ollie Sauce!  If it's open, Ollie's has a line, so be prepared. You WILL spend some time outside, waiting in line, but it's so worth it. Only about 4 people can fit in the small foyer to order. It moves fast though.  Cash only, so come prepared for that!
