Our family has utilized Olson's services for many years for both sewers and excavation. Last week Olsons excavated for the addition on my first home. As always, they were right on time and their work was precise. You can trust Olsons to be punctual perfectionists! A funny aside: one of my new neighbors saw Olson's pink truck and was concerned I had unexpected sewer issues in my new home! I can say it is much more exciting to be building!

I called for information on addressing a very old backed up septic system at a parent's house. They spent lots of time with me on the phone laying out several options from service to repair to replacement. It helped me make the best short term decision and know who to contact for designing a replacement system. I will definitely use them when it is time to replace the system as well.

About a year ago, I got an estimate for sewer repair. The cement driveway would have to be broken up & left for me to repair myself. . I got another service and they dug under my driveway, and I wasn't even here to watch/monitor. . I asked Olson's for a copy of the estimate -- and I'm still WAITING. . Then in June I had a man from Olson's come to open my bathtub drain. He did this. Then told me that they hadn't sent any slips with him to give me a copy of the bill. I"m still WAITING for that, too. . A very unreliable service tending to tell lies. Use the service from North Branch if you wish to receive service AND a bill/receipt. I'm very dissatisfied with Olson's. Apparently, this was all my fault. When I contacted the insurance company, they gave no indication of having received the estimate. And, I didn't ask. I didn't call Olson's back because I didn't receive a copy of the estimate (which came this week along with the bathtub receipt). The person who gave the negative estimate from Jay Hawk Mechanics told me that he'd contact the city, Olson's, and get back to me -- never happened. When I called them, I was told that they'd have him. Vick, call me. This never happened, either. A later call brought a call service; they essentially laughed at me. Sorry this all happened. It was my fault. Thank you.
