SLOWEST HOME LENDER EVER!  I was selling my home and Homestreet took over 2 months to get the loan approved and cost me over $50 a day.
I called Debra Jackson, the loan officer to ask her what was taking so long and I was frantic.  Most loans take 30 days. 
Her reply?  "We're just slow"  I was like WHAT?  "Yes, we are slower than the other lenders.  We have new people and a new system?"
So, if you have all the time and money in the world...go with Oly Fed.  They're just slow.

Star service always and smiley :) I am a customer since 1987 start from Tumwater to this branch is too close to my home and I thanks to every employs at this branch for great service they provide to this area.
