I drove 6 hours to this car lot to buy my first car (purchased myself not by my parents), which was a 2012 nissan maxima that looked beautiful in the pictures and Sterling had talked to my dad all week about it and said the only thing wrong with it was that it had a place on the back bumper that had been scratch.. well after we drove up here, we had to go find the car down in the shop behind the car lot bc no one said anything to us while we were in the dealership, we get down to the car and the first thing i notice is the rusted dent right beside the drivers side door handle.. it looked like someone had tried to break into the car or something. Not only that but there we're scratches all over the car.. everywhere. there was also water stains from where the sunroof had a leak. We test drove it and noticed that the car had indications that it had been wrecked( fresh paint on front bumper that was brighter than the faded hood) and the panels weren't put back together properly. So after driving 6 hours this man tells us he didn't notice all of these things. I'm not trying to bash this company bc i'm trying to see the good in this situation. I just wouldn't want this happening to anyone else making a trip to buy a car.

Sterling is the man! That car lot is pretty big and Sterling was there running it by himself, like it was another day on the job. And they were pretty busy. I drove an hour and a half to look at multiple vehicles. He knew I came all that way and upon my arrival and was ready to greet me and as friendly as it gets. Instead of trying to be pushy car salesman, he just tossed me the keys, and said have fun. I was able to inspect and drive the vehicles by myself and take my time as well. That was crucial to me. I didn't want someone trying to convince me "what a great vehicle this is!" After about 4 hours, I decided to buy a Nissan Armada. Sterling even offered to fix a minor issue (O2 sensor) on the house. I even met the mechanics who seem like honest, genuine people. Lugnut!. These are the type of guys you meet, and instantly feel like you've known them a long time. I hate car shopping! But I actually had fun today. Thanks guys. See you soon.
