We had OM Construction Contractors do some exterior dry rot and stucco repair at our house in NJ. The owner and his crew were always courteous and on time showing up. They kept our place fairly clean despite all construction going on. They also painted our house and were very meticulous to make the finish work looking great. He constantly checked with us to make sure the work he was about to do was to our liking. All in all, it was a very pleasant experience working with OM Construction Contractors. As a bonus, at the end of the job, we were told that the work actually done was under the original quoted estimate, and we ended paying substantially less the the original quote.

I was really impressed with your guys work ethic and the speed in which they worked. He was the young man that was the foreman I believe. He is a very personable pleasant guy. He asked questions of me to make sure 80/20 was O.K. with what was going on. So did the rest of the guys when needed. So my take, if I don’t sound too mechanical, Effective and efficient. I had fun with your guys while they were here too. I definitely appreciated the netted work site! Thanks and have a blessed day!

They were amazing! They renovated our entire house; kitchen, two full baths, one half bath, new interior/exterior paint,refinished hardwood floors and installed new hardwood in kitchen to blend perfectly with existing hardwood. I made a few changes to the original plan, and he was extremely accommodating! I could not be happier with the end result. We ended up needing to complete the project sooner than anticipated and he sent reinforcements to finish everything up, again EXTREMELY accommodating. Their quality of work is wonderful, especially their tile work since we choose some more challenging patterns and tiles to work with. Will definitely use them again.

I am still unsatisfied with the quality of work. I already found cracks/unevenness in the brand new tiled kitchen floors as I was wiping all the dirt from the construction and there were stains on them which were impossible to clean (how does this happen? They are brand new.)....The job took way longer than expected. Ofir over-promised and under-delivered. Sorry, but I wouldn't recommend this company unless Ofir changes the way he manages projects and delivers quality without discriminating the project just because it's a rental.

This company hires unlicensed professionals to do the job. Ofir and his guys talk like they know what they are doing but don't be fooled. I highly do not recommend. Also, I recommend getting an inspector to check all their plumbing and electrical work. It's not up to code.
