I waited patiently in line as the 3 ladies working 11/4/17 took care of the clients there before myself and my wife. I have come and had good experiences with the previous staff. When it came to my turn they slipped me clearly because I'm a guy. I felt so discriminated against. I will never come back .

I've gone there maybe 10 times in the past year. Most experiences were pleasant. The only time that was unsatisfactory was when I felt the saliva from the thread on my face. I'm assuming it was an accident but it was the most disgusting feeling nonetheless. Also, on busy days, you should expect to wait 30-40 minutes. All in all, I would recommend this place. My eyebrows come out perfect every time.
