I have rented several items here. They were in good condition and really nice and friendly.

The items we rented were in great condition however the stress we had with getting the times, items and delivery /pick-up times was not worth my time. It was a stressful mess. The company needs to look at improving their order taking and communication skills. I gave very clear requests and went over the order multiple times on different calls and had to rehash everything out each time. I have no other words to say except. Frustrating.

Prices on some items there are way out of hand. But others are really good!?

My order arrived close 2 hours late...  Which was a big inconvenience ... I payed for 24 hours an didn't receive my full time... When I called in the manager and also someone who claimed to be the owner were very rude and acted as if it wasn't a big deal ect... Very disappointed
