Bought about 20 dollars worth of croissants and a loaf of day old bread today one of the managers an older gentleman with a beard and glasses chased us down in the middle of the north market and accused us of stealing 3 dollar day old bread it was embarrassing when we told him we did pay he stomped off angerly like an A hole ... wish he would have asked his cashier before humiliating us we shop there every time we come to the north market... a simple "I'm sorry for the mix up" would have gone a long way with us. Oh well guess We won't be spending our money here anymore

I bought ~1lb of the focaccia for $10 and I couldn't get past the second bite. WAAAYYYYYY too much garlic and literally dripping with oil. I scooped off spoonfuls of garlic chunks, but the garlic flavor was so intense that the bread was inedible. I also bought a loaf of the mild sourdough, which was true to its name. While not tasting like sourdough, it was edible. Unfortunately, the sourdough bag was under the focaccia bag, so the garlic-laced oil soaked through both bags and contaminated the sourdough. Seriously, SO MUCH oil.

Every time when drive up to Columbus from Athens, we try to stop here for at least 1 loaf of the house bread

When I called at 5:00 p.m. To be sure that there was an adequate selection of the bread that I assumed is baked fresh daily left, someone named Chriatian was very rude with me. He assumed that I was trying to get bread for free when I checked his closing time, and when I said I didn't he reiterated rudely that everything is pulled promptly at 7:00 (p.m.) and to be sure that I got there before then, and hung up. Well, I was going to drive out of my way to get bread from here for a holiday. Now that's definitely not going to happen due to Chriatian's inability to recognize that we don't do business like assholes in Columbus. And ha great ability to slap a potential customer in the face. Dumb ass. Good job.
