The people there are not helpful at all! And they do not care about you! I went there to get my annual eye exam and the medical assistant there was so rude. But the Asian ophthalmologist who examed my eyes was nice. I also picked out glasses and then was told that they would call me, but they never did! I had to go myself to see if my glasses were ready or not and thankfully they were. 

I am also trying to get eye contacts, but the medical assistants keep telling me I need 2 months or pay stub or 1 or bank statements. They could easily print my bank statement out using my phone, but they didn’t. They are no rude and not helpful at. The only reason that I’m giving it a one star is because the opthamolgist was nice and also the medical assistant who gave me my glasses!

Omni family health needs to replace those medical assistants or give them better training because this is not good. Train your medical assistants better to know what the hell is going on with the patient and what they want also, how to treat kindly people.

I don't know why there are so many negative reviews. I went in for an eye exam and I cannot remember the Dr's name unfortunately but I think there is only one at the 525 location. The staff was great, friendly the Dr was fantastic and patient with me while we figured out my needs for my new glasses, staff was very patient with me while I looked through the glasses and even took selfies for me so I could send to friends to ask their opinion. I think it's all about attitude and perspective. I highly recommend going here for eye exams. I haven't had a bad experience before at this location.

I was told that this was a walk-in clinic to get birth control. Since I've already Benn waiting for months, even had an appointment. But since I was told it was a walking clinic I came here. Big waist of time! Just to be told that the Dr doesn't want to give it to me because of a small non urgent issue she wants me to see my primary about. Ok well you shouldn't have. Say weather or not I can or can't get birth control. So I'm cancelling my appointment with them and going to a different doctor.

DONT BELIEVE FAKE 5 STAR REVIEWS- THEY'LL TREAT YOU LIKE DIRT !

 Waited weeks for an appointment and showed up on time. AN HOUR LATER- They stick you in" another" waiting room and IGNORE YOU for ANOTHER HOUR! If you complain they will get REALLY RUDE AND SLAM THE DOOR!
 Dont bother complaining to the "manager" - there isn't one. 
THESE PEOPLE SHOULD NOT BE IN HEALTH CARE ! THEY TAKE PRIDE ONLY IN HOW NASTY THEY CAN BE AND HOW LONG THEY CAN MAKE YOU WAIT BEFORE YOU JUST GIVE UP AND LEAVE LIKE I DID ! 
- RUN.. RUN AWAY AS FAST AS YOU CAN - YOU WILL REGRET PUTTING YOURSELF THROUGH THEIR TORTURE! FIND ANOTHER CLINIC !
