Absolutely awesome service, they have taken care of us WELL!  The day of our arrival and while on our way to N.O., they called us to make sure we didn't need anything before we arrived.  When we got here they had champagne and chocolate covered strawberries in our room.  Yes, the rooms are a bit smaller than some others, but not so much that it is bad in any way.  It's not like we got here and camped out in the room!  What's great is that everything is well within walking distance; from Bourbon St. to the River Walk and all of the sights in downtown N.O.!  We absolutely love it!!

In walking distance to the french quarter ! Quiet & clean place. In-hotel restaurant, only wish they had a pool! They do however have a "Roman hot tub" (10 person Jacuzzi) on the 6th floor outside of the health center (small gym) great staff!

This was a really nice hotel, it had an amazing bathroom with jacuzzi tub. The housekeeping staff was really noisy in the mornings but it was around 9. There's absolutely no free wifi in this hotel and that was the only downside.

Here is the condensed review of our experience here at the Omni. We were given a room where the toilet had something in it. My wife flushed it and at that point it overflowed all over the room. An "engineer" was called out who sounded like he was making Frankenstein in the bathroom. The work and noises were going on (as well as a horrific smell) for 15 minutes or more. I was frustrated and concerned because we also had my 2 month old son in the room. I called down stairs and asked to me moved. They moved directly next door. This room had wet carpet and clearly I could hear that poor man trying his hardest to mind the problem in the room. Lastly, all of the vending machines were either not working or sold out.

On a side note, there was also a large group around 11 pm going from floor to floor on a Scavenging hunt. It was disruptive but we didn't care because we were not even close to going to sleep. 

I gave 2 stars because of the price and location.

I had outstanding service here, everyone at the property was so friendly and genuinely wanted to know how our trip to New Orleans was going. The rooms are great, they had all I needed which is a comfortable bed and mini fridge (for leftover drinks!). The location is also perfect for a trip to New Orleans, you are walking distance to the French Quarter and other tourist stops in this lovely city!
