I attended a business conference here and utilized several conference rooms and a block of rooms. This is an older hotel if you look closely but they have done a great job of keeping it modern. 

My room was decorated very nicely.  King  size bed and an overstuffed couch with coffee table. There was also a desk and chair and the room had multiple lamps with dimmers, which was nice.

My only issue was the bathtub. After a long day,  I wanted to take a hot bath. The bottom of the tub had non slip strips that felt like gravel on my skin. It was HORRIBLE! I'm sure they want guests to utilize the hot tub area but I just wasn't up for that.  In addition,  the tub itself was very shallow. Truly,  the worst bathtub I have ever encountered at a hotel.  EVER.

The staff that I came in contact with were top notch. Friendly and professional - most impressive!  All in all, it was a beautiful facility that I would recommend to anyone for either business or pleasure!

I feel like I stepped into an 80's time warp. This hotel is 100 steps back from any other Omni hotel I have ever stayed. Carpeted walls, huge chairs, beds that are for 7 footers. Old, muted, cigar lounge like lobby, weird sunk down bar. If you need a 1980's nostalgia moment, this is the place for you.
The staff is nice, helpful and accommodating.

My experience with the Omni has been excellent. Mark has been the most gracious and respectable receptionist I have encountered. The rooms are clean with up to date decor, I will definitely be back.

Good stay. We went for our anniversary. We were on the 10th floor with a beautiful view of the sun set. Breakfast buffet in the morning was very good.

The Omni at the Collonade is always our preferred hotel stop in San Antonio!!! Service is excellent, rooms are clean and beautifully decorated! This area is nice and many restaurants are close by! Six Flags and Sea World are close too, as well as Shops at La Cabrera! Love it here!
