tl;dr: Dress had too many flaws for the price and customer service made an issue out of some minor problems. I ordered the Black Swan Sawyer dress in Coral Pink to wear to a wedding. I really wanted to like this dress and the company, but unfortunately, for the price ($72 without tax/shipping) it fell short. The top of the dress looks very different from the dress advertised on the website. As you can see from the pictures, there's a line showing through the dress. That's fabric that was tucked under the sides and top of the dress, and nothing I tried was able to fix it. Additionally, customer service was on the questionable side. I did get a refund when I sent the dress back, but I received an email telling me that, while I would be fully refunded, the dress "appears to have been worn." I only tried the dress on twice (with tags on) to see how it looked and to make sure it fit correctly. In said email there was an issue about a tag being attached to the dress that wasn't from Omoni Boutique. When I was putting the dress back into its box to return it, I wanted to make sure all the tags it had come with were attached, and one of these tags was attached with a gold safety pin, so I grabbed what I thought to be the correct tag and pinned it back. While I did put all the correct labels back on the dress, I accidentally attached an extra one that did not come from Omoni Boutique and for some reason this was an issue that resulted in them emailing me.
