WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!  I entrusted my mother to this agency when seeking a tenant. Well, A day after visiting the realty company, a person showed up at my mother's door.  The person had been sent over by the realtor wanting to see the apartment?  One would figure that with a hefty finder's fee, the realtor would do more than send a person over to the apartment and not expect the homeowner to show the apartment herself. Not with this agency.... 
However, the realtor was quick to call my mother in and tell her to come collect her money since "they" had found a suitable tenant.  Upon visiting the realtor and asking for financial checks, the realtor had only a social security letter to show as financial proof. When we told her the social security amount would not cover the rental fees, the agency frantically made calls to request financial proof from the "suitable" tenants. Something which should've been done PRIOR to sending these people over.  The realtor assured us they personally knew these people and that they would cause no problems.  Well, these tenants have caused us plenty of problems and have been a nightmare since they moved in. They haven't paid rent in 4 months, they have moved in at least 4 people in the apartment ..when only 2 were on the lease, and they have outright stated they will not move out until they are forced out by the marshalls. With so many decent realtors around, PLEASE do yourself a favor and go elsewhere! I don't wish anyone to have to go through the long, tedious eviction we must now have to go through thanks this real to this realtor.
