Visited the store on a trip to Tahoe a few months ago and then called to order a beautiful wood map of a lake in my home state. The owner was beyond helpful and told me I would see an email about shipping in 3-4 weeks and to call and follow up if I have not. I called after a month and not helpful gentleman just told me to call back at 6 weeks. Didn't offer to look at my order or give me an update. He also implied that I made up the information the owner had given me, which I did not appreciate. The store and owner are great, but disappointed by the customer service when I have already spent a good amount of money on custom artwork.

You have to see this store, it is amazing, it's so unique, one a kind home decor inspired by different artists, including the owners own unique designs. A must see for anyone visiting South Lake Tahoe.
