Every day at 8 a.m., we start chopping veggies, soaking beans, and prepping our mesquite-fired grill. Not because we have to, but because we believe in delicious flavors made-to-order, from hand-rolled enchiladas to our sizzling fajitas to guacamole made right at your table. Everything pairs nicely with a grande margarita, and of course, enjoy the always endless chips and salsa.

My wife and I often visit On the border  in Paramus after work for few drinks and dinner. Every time we come here, we always have great time. Food is always fantastic, staffs are always welcoming and attentive, however tonight's experience was nothing but a disaster. We were asked if we wanted to be seated in a patio. Since we had a great weather we decided to dine in a patio. Even after 15-20 min we were seated, No one came to our table,so I had to get up and walked to the host  station to find out if we were forgotten. Server name Daniel finally came to the table, took our orders. Eventually our meals and drinks made to our table(by his manager) and we never saw anyone again. When his manager( I think it was his manager who was wearing stripped white shirt) came to our table to bring our entree, he asked us if we needed anything else and I asked him to get me another drink which it was never made to our table. (but he added on a bill and I asked them to take it off). When we finished with our meal, my wife had to again walked back to the server's station to ask for a check. Overall I still love this restaurant from my past experience but needed to mention our 
 tonight's experience somewhere as there were nobody at the restaurant who were interested about our tonight's visit.  I was a hotel manager in the past for many years and I never write any negative comments like this because I understand how critical this can be for a service business and I usually don't complaint, however I strongly feel Daniel and his partial team members who I interacted with don't deserve to belong in a service industry.  I came back home with horrible thirst and I going to have a cold beer after finishing this comment. Thanks for reading this.

Very good place and very good menu. Different from other bar as it is mexican.. i wish they have more starter in chicken.. but as already told its different. Complimentary nachos n salsa superb.. good quantity and taste. Very tasty food. I will definitely go again.. minus one star for attentiveness.. servers should more alert. That's it. Samantha is very good server there.. thank you for ur friendliness. Next visit n karina is server.. she is best.. handling so many tables. Thank you girl 🙏🏻 try big burrito

Good food, better drinks. Service always good. Great happy hour. Can be tough to get to or have a wait since it's right at the mall

This one is for owen.
You were our server and I have been in the service industry before to the point that I always look at selected server when being seated by host.
I could tell it was a busy day and had been a lil ruff on you man..
As soon as owen approached my wife and I you would never know how tiring his day must have been..
Funny and entertaining diligent and professional.
Good job man.
I recommend eating here..
The ranchilito's were awesome..
And don't worry about that lady at other table..
She seemed to be looking for a issue while you were doing your job with us.
