Charged me $440 to replace three switches in less than 1.5 hours after quoting me $330. I even had him reconfirm that "all-in" it would be $330 before he started the work, then he hands me a $430 bill. When I called the manager first he said the difference was because the guy "forgot to add tax." When i pointed out tax wasn't $100, and I just wanted to know if that price was high because it seemed like it to me, he got all mad and started saying stuff like "I don't know what you do for a living, but that's what it costs." Not sure why he was getting so mad, I mostly wanted reassurance that a mistake wasn't made, and that maybe he needed to tell his guy what "all-in" meant, if he hadn't been so rude on the phone I wouldn't be writing this review. And "that's what it costs"? Over $230/hr for an electrician? Seems excessive. For what it's worth the guy who came out seemed nice and competent, minus the $100 discrepancy. Manager needs customer service training.

Excellent, professional, responsive service.....   My son has used One Hour Heating AC & Heating for the past year his Pineville, NC home and the experience has been outstanding.  

Recently their was a complex problem with the older "gas-pack" (AC & Heat), possibly involving the Electric service to the Unit.  After the second visit, they recommended their sister company, On Time Electrical.

End result, the electrician came out & was joined shortly by the HVAC Tech.  (Newman and Jim)  They worked together to isolate and repair the issues (several condensers & the breaker).  They also installed a whole house surge protector at a great price.

The house is now cool, and protected from possible electrical surges from future lightening storms.  We could not be more pleased with the service and will recommend both companies to our family and friends.

Our experience was not good and found them to be unprofessional. They schedule in 4-hour blocks like Time Warner. Scheduled an appointment for Saturday morning...they never called and never showed up. Get a call from them after 6pm to say the tech was overbooked for the day. We kindly rescheduled for Sunday morning......the tech didn't call and finally just showed up late after 1pm. He didn't have the part needed on the truck (really?) so he only did an inspection. My fiancé paid in advance for the installation, since he would be out town the following weekend. Of course when we called to reschedule 2 weeks later...we are told there is an "extra fee" for weekend and no one is available until Monday. Asked for manager to let them know we had pre-paid...of course no supervisor is around. Then we are told the tech that came out the first time was "not-on the work schedule for the weekend"....and we should call him directly. Why, would the customer have to call someone who is not at work to ask or tell them to come into work!?!?!  We will request a refund for the inconvenience, lack of service and unreliable service. Don't use this company unless you want the  typical sheisty contractor that you have to chase down to complete work they previously agreed to.

Had a great experience with this company today!  They were quick and efficient to our problem and our AC is up and running again within a couple hours thanks to them.  Would definitely recommend.

Matt came out and  moved a light switch after having adding a wall In our home for a new room! I will  definitely refer all my friends to On Time Electrical thanks to Matt!!!
