Very rude and unprofessional. Hung up the phone when I mentioned the lack of communication. The driver never called to mention he was waiting for me so I almost missed my ride for work as I waited an unexpected 20 minutes (I was told 10 MAX).

We used On Time for all of our shuttle needs this past weekend for my son's wedding. Hesham was wonderful to work with, very accommodating to all of our needs.  I recommend On Time for your shuttle needs in the Orland Park area.

On Time Taxi is an excellent service. I flew in to Chicago O'Hare and was delayed by a late flight and getting separated from my luggage. But true to their word, they were on time and even gracious about the wait. The ride was clean,  comfortable, and smooth. I found this to be an extremely pleasant experience. I highly recommend them.
