Five stars to On Top Roofing & Restoration! Chris was awesome to work with! Answered any questions I had and got everything replaced in a timely manner.  Chris never made me feel rushed or pressured and plans/prices were clearly put on paper which is a big plus for me. Would definitely recommend On Top Roofing and Restoration! Thanks guys!

I'd have to say, with all of the unethical businesses that are out there, it's very hard to find one that you can trust.  This may be one of the few great roofing companies.  Even with tight timelines and tons of issues, they've been able to rock out the job.  Man, thanks everyone!

On Top Roofing & Restoration  is an excellent  roofing company to work with. Great team, hard working people !!! 
The name of the company says it all. When you decide to make such a big investment you want the best quality work for the best price. 
The crew was on time, they were courteous, and they cleaned up very well leaving our home just like they found it.
Everything was done in 1 day, and we have 5100 sq home.
Chris the project manager is wonderful person to work with. He went the extra mile from the moment we called him. 
We had received quotes from a few roofing companies in the area and On Top Roofing was by far the most informative in regards to the process, type of materials and labor being completed.
We're super pleased with how our roof turned out and the exceptional customer service that came with it.

We bought a house that needed a new roof. As part of the sales deal, our seller agreed to contract with a roofing company, which they did through On Top Roofing.  The day of the project, there was a concern regarding the decking so I called OTP and asked them to replace the decking so that we had a solid roof.  I got the excuse of "it's old but it's still good" and because I halted work on my roof the owner, Chris Higbee, stopped by my home that day.  After glossing over my concerns, he proceeded to issue a veiled threat about leaving with the contract money, not finishing my roof AND issuing a lien against our home for the laborers' pay.  He claimed he would NEVER actually do that (why would you even joke about a lack of integrity in your business practices??) but the intent was there. So I was bullied into completion of my roof as I had no desire to have a lien laid against my home.  Complete lack of professionalism and integrity.  I will never refer anyone to them.  If I could give them zero stars I would.

My husband and I recently bought a house that needed a new roof.  Therefore, the previous owners arranged to put a new roof on after we had moved in.  The crew was very nice and hard working.  It was painfully hot outside and the previous owner had put so many nails in the old shingles, what was supposed to be a one day job turned into a 4 day job.  I understand the delay was not their fault at all.  The reason for the 2 star review is the clean up, or lack thereof.  There was no regard for our trees, plants, landscaping, etc around our house.  Tree branches were broken, leaves were shredded by falling nails, shingles, etc.  My husband has since borrowed a magnet to go around our property and has almost filled up a bucket after walking around just one side of the house!  I understand that some nails left behind are unavoidable, but it's almost like they didn't walk around and clean anything up.  We've picked up SO many nails, shingle pieces and other trash left behind.  I will not recommend this company as it has been a pain to clean up after them.
