I am a bookstore lover...especially independently owned bookstores. And this adorable little shop in St. Mary's is a new addition to my favorite list. Super knowledgeable, sweet staff who went above and beyond to find what I wanted. Of course they won't have every book you want...but it's worth the trade off to get the personal service from someone who obviously loves books.

Small local shop, independently owned. Great service, if they don't have it, they will order and give u a call. Great prices and they even offer book dollars for money off future purchases

This is a bookstore for READERS, not folks looking for accessories, postcards, or tchotchkes. For a small bookstore in a tiny town, it's wonderful. Plenty of great summer reading material from Stephen King (including the wonderful On Writing)  to Ray Bradbury to Dickens, this shop has a little something for every reader. Most books are paperback which seems a wise choice for this market as it keeps inventory costs down, but she does have a few well selected hardcovers. And she does have blank journals and Moleskins for those who were wondering. Be sure to stop in and support this little independent gem!

Awesome. Really nice ppl and an even greater selection of books and the books are in order which makes it easier for me to find what I need. My mom took me there once and I already found too many books :D
