What was a decent places to shop for the kids , soon became a place i will never go to. Been there 3 days in a row to sell come clothes and every time i get a different story of what they take and don't. 1st day i was told they take anything, except items that our worn out or stain. 2nd day I was told no winter stuff or 3T clothes. Today was the cherry on the top! They older lady helping me throw all my items on the counter and specifies "All clothes has to be iron and folded ready to be hung, because she's not going thru it and doesn't have the man power to be done." Nothing can be more than a year old and quote "too many people bring a lot of this things (baby clothes). As am gathering in my items back in the bag, she's just stands there and asked if i shop there and tried to offer me store credit. I told her that was ok, what they need to do is have all their employees on the same page and not give customers the wrong information. Waste of my time and gas! Their not willing to take anything if it's not "NEW". Truly disappointed, i work in retail and would never treat a customer the way I was treated.

The manager Caroline(older looking lady) is a very rude .shes super bossy with her employees in front of customers as well as yell at randomkids at the store. i see many reviews on google and on Facebook with many complaints of her. i also notice how the owner only replies to some reviews but not to one where they complaint about Caroline. i must assume the owner tammy and Caroline are related because nothing has been done . unacceptable behavior and unprofessional outcome from once upon a child.

Need staff that actually wants to come to work and do their job! The girl was very rude to begin with since I walked in she acted like she was more interested in the guys that were in the store than she was in doing her job than once she gets to go through the items she says we can't take the swing or baby changer because it needs better cleaning that made me mad because first of all I wouldn't try to sell something that was dirty 2nd the items that I had were cleaner than the things they had inside the store but I'm glad they didn't take it because I probably wouldn't of got much for it but I got 100$ on offer up !!

My daughter got 4 baby tubs for her baby shower. We went to sell two of them at this location. Once I came in the door a older lady behind the counter looks at me and blurts out we don't buy thoes! Then she realized how rude she was and said are they new? Here let me see if we can give u a price. My daughter who loves this location said it's usually very friendly here. I was furious,the rude lady took a lunch and left in a black car.i really wanted to let her know she needs to be mindful of people who spend money there.My experience made me look at other locations to shop at.
