Had a hot water heater to be installed by ONE CALL; was a total disaster. The guy did not shut off water main prior to installation. Broke a pipe and flooded the dining room, living room, kitchen, laundry room. This is for a condo in the ground floor. No water main inside unit. Should have called water company to shut off water main prior to installation. Now waiting for inspection. I suspect the installation is not proper either. STAY AWAY FROM THESE GUYS. Yes they cleaned up!

This was the first time I have used One Call but it will not be the last.  The weekend before I was closing on my parents house, the electrical panel went out and the house had no heat.  Eduardo came to my rescue on Monday with an impending noreaster coming and house closing scheduled.  He explained what needed to be done and was off running in no time.  He stayed until 9:30 pm that Monday replacing the entire electric panel and meter outside, waiting for PSEG to come.  The next morning everything was done.  Maureen got the permit in order and we were able to close out the permit and get an inspection done by Friday morning.  Great teamwork, professionalism and dedicated work ethic with this company!  Many, many thanks....

I had an exceptional experience with your business and the 4.9 stars were point on.  I was in need of some serious electrical panel upgrade as well as the outside meters.  With six people living in this house , each individual was consuming a lot more electricity now than ever.  This was causing brownouts and circuits being tripped.  Not only do I have new panels but also have increased capacity to run heavy duty power consuming devices for many many decades to come thanks to Eduardo(electrician) and his crew. 

 The crawl space runs along under the house where dirt meets rodents  is filthy and dirty and many many thanks for your team getting right under there in that dark spot and getting the job done.

Eduardo is an exceptional individual and is a great asset to your company and will be looking forward to doing more business in the future.

I could not have been more satisfied with my electrical service upgrade to our garage.  Eduardo Monroy came to my home to do an estimate and explained everything to me in detail.  I chose to use One Call Electrical because I used them in the past and was very satisfied. Eduardo arrived on time to do the service, explained to me again what he was going to do and was very meticulous about leaving my home in the same condition as it was when he arrived.  He was extremely courteous and also showed me everything he did before he left.  Kevin was with him and he was very polite also.  What a terrific experience this was.  Thank you Eduardo and Kevin.  You outdid yourselves!!!

Like most of the other reviewers here, Eduardo did the electrical work on our home. His work itself is flawless- clean, complete, correct. We had some minor issues working to schedule the two different service calls, or I likely wouldn’t have hesitated between 4 or 5-star review. Eduardo spent an entire Saturday here, from about 8am until after 9pm, working to restore power to our home after our old circuit box failed. It was old and small and needed to go. 
Would certainly recommend the company and especially Eduardo.
