I just went there for the first time with my best friend and we witness a guy refusing to give a what she wanted and then the lady tht was doing my feet killed a fly n picked it up n try to start my nails without changing her gloves n she got mad when I asked her to change them.... And they were jus very rude and had no kind of customer service and I will NEVER GO THERE AGAIN 👎

I've gone here once and the price was fine but all my nails came out crooked and I didn't even want them the way they shaped them I said very clearly I wanted what I want and he couldn't do it for me I got very upset and it was the second time I ever got my nails done and it was horrible!

This is the best place I have been to In The Valley. Their prices are great and the customer service is really good. I am very happy almost every single time and the one time I wasn't, I went back in and ask them to fix it and they gladly helped me out

I really don't recommend getting your nails done here. I got a Gel manicure which should of lasted 2 weeks and instead only lasted 2 days I went back they where very unprofessional they kept cursing in their language I will never go back to this place!!!! I don't like to ever complain but I spend alot of money that day to only be treated bad.
