The owner literally yelled at me for asking my dress to be fixed properly after paying for it to be fixed twice.
I am so disappointed because I love working with and supporting local business but won’t take abuse from someone who doesn’t take pride in thier work or respect other people’s personal property that they are Intrusting to someone and paying for a service.

Do not bring your clothes here to be fixed!  I have brought 2 dresses for hemming, both of which they ruined.  I feel idiotic enough that I brought in a leather jacket with a loose button - instead of sewing the button back in, they literally just stitched a flap over where the button should have been.  Completely awful work

TERRIBLE service! They ruined an overcoat of mine by using iron on interfacing. I asked several times before they did the repair if they could do the repair without glue and they assured me they would. When I picked up the coat the pockets were stiff with glue and interfacing. They refused to acknowledge they used glue for a tailoring repair. Terrible people to do business with. Would avoid ever doing business here at all costs.

bad drop in service. second time they tell me that my cloths arent ready due an unknown problem and that "a lot of people didnt get their cloths today" . what can possibly go wrong twice?
