This is a follow up to my previous review 

I was charged 597.00 by technician I didn’t feel was justified. 

A couple of days later received a call from the owner who refunded 229.00 of the fee. Thank you Gary for making it right. That’s some integrity and that deserves 5 stars in my book

I’m on a twice a year AC & Heating Maintenance Plan.  The technician, Manuel, was so nice & very friendly, and knowledgeable of his job.   He educated me on the benefits of a UV light inside the unit to protect it from mold, which was all over the inside of my unit.  It was pretty gross. I went ahead and had him install the Quantum Coil UV Light.   He was very patient answering all my questions, and giving me easy explanations. I give Manuel 10 GOLD STARS!

Someone else in my family was home when Mr. Lopez came to inspect. He called me after inspection to tell me the situation, what he had done and how much was owed - zero!.  He detailed what he found, was kind and considerate and left a Valentine's cookie for me.  Thank you Manuel!

Very thorough service. Very friendly and courteous. Found a couple of problems with a/c unit and gave me several options.

I had multiple problems with both heat and cooling. Tech Patrick S. did some trouble shooting and got the problems solved quickly. He definitely knew what he was doing.
