My experience could not have been better - our heat started blowing cool on a Sunday morning and I called One Hour.  Mary Joe was very friendly and helpful and told me Jeff would be out late morning.  She kept me informed of his progress and he arrived when promised - before noon on a Sunday morning.  Jeff was friendly and knowledgeable and patient with me wanting to learn the system.  He re-wired my thermostat line which had been tapped into by many sources and then found a faulty pressure switch.  Confirmed with a know good switch and got the system running perfectly.  He also noticed that my motor was loud and investigated if it was under original warranty.  One Hour will be replacing that too this week - saving me almost $600 by finding the warranty.  I signed up for the maintenance plan as well - they are great.  I am in the auto repair business and can tell you One Hour has great service, knowledgeable techs, and fair prices - you can't do any better than that.

Everyone that I have talked to or met from this company have been very friendly and performed their job honestly and professionally. It has been a year since I have had my second Furnace and A/C installed in my home by One Hour Heating & Air Conditioning of Elk Grove Village. Today I had my first service to get the A/C checked up for the summer and this service was performed by Donavin. It was a great pleasure to meet Donavin and he did an excellent job servicing my unit and explained everything to me. It is always a pleasure to speak with Rose on the phone and she always calls ahead of the Service Technicians arrival to let me know when to expect him. Please check them out for the best service you would expect from a company!

Donovan came out and did a thorough job checking over my furnace and my air conditioning unit. He went through all the details with me, explaining each item he checked and how it was doing. 
He is quite knowledgeable and very friendly! He will be the tech I request for my twice-yearly cleanings. 👍👍

Contact w/Rose was excellent & she was very patient (my telephone hearing problem); Jimmy D.'s arrival was prompt as schedualed. His approach to the probl
em was logical and clearly explained. His conclusions were easily understood and my questions were satisfyingly answered. Good job all around!
