I have been using this company since 1992, starting with a complete furnace installation.  They are always on time, always professional, always neat and clean and never leave a mess.  Chris has been our main professional and we appreciate his service.  We very highly recommend their services.

The service was great and Ray did a fine job.  I was unhappy as the fan motor went out 36 hours after cleaning but I guess that was not your vault.  I was a little unhappy that it cost me another $485 dollars the next day.

I called for a tech, because our furnace was not putting out enough heat.
The tech said it was only putting out 75%.  He would need to order a part.
At the same time I ordered 4 furnace filters.  I was told they would be shipped to our house.  It took 3 weeks before the furnace part was delivered, during which time the outside temperature was in the teens.  
Chris, a tech I was familiar with,  realized that the wrong part was ordered.  He was able to use a part that he had on the truck to fix the problem.  This could have been done on the first trip if the other tech knew how.  I still had not received the filters, so I called and was told that the order had been received, but they had not been shipped and they would reorder them. 2 weeks later I called again, because they had not arrived.  This time I was told they were a special order item.  After 7 weeks I finally have furnace filters.  At no point did any person show any concern or apologize for the delay or screw up on the orders. I will be looking for a new company to maintain the furnace.

The technician was on-time, efficient, courteous, and thorough.  One small problem was that he did not have replacement filters with him nor did any get delivered to us as he had indicated they would.
