Jeremy Chen is experienced, knowledgeable, understanding and his professionalism and attention to detail are second to none!  I will be recommending Jeremy to my family and friends and to anyone who asks me if I know a great real estate agent that I trust.  My wife and I will never use any other brokerage other than 1% Realty as their business model is by far the best in the industry and Jeremy will be our realtor if we decide to buy and/or sell in the future!!

Sam Al-Zaman acted as the listing agent for my condo. He did a very good job throughout the transaction. He is a very nice guy, full of energy and a hard worker. We got competing offers and he was great at working with them. He facilitated an excellent communication between all parties. I am very happy with Sam's services and I highly recommend him to others.

He is a happy go lucky guy, easy to understand and communicate with, reliable, prompt at returning every email, call and text back, he is highly knowledgable and goes the extra mile to satisfy your needs. More importantly, he's HONEST!! He's an excellent agent and I will definitely refer him to all others.

My wife and I recently bought and sold a property with Jeremy Chen. I found One Percent Realty online and decided to give it a shot because the financials were hard to ignore. I was surprised by how attentive, DEPENDABLE, and knowledgeable Jeremy was from the first exchange we had. Working with other realtors from other big name brokerages tainted my experience with realtors but now I would not hesitate to recommend Jeremy to anyone. He does his research, knows the area, and understands the business. Jeremy is someone you can trust to get the job done thoroughly and efficiently.

Great friendly experience. Sam Al-Zaman made everything quick and extremely easy, he has great knowledge and experience in market trends and value. I will definetely buy and sell with him again because it is clearly the best way.
