A few years back I ordered flowers from a company advertised all over the country on the TV and radio.  What they failed to tell me was that the flowers were shipped by FedEx in a box that my Mom had to set up herself.  That's like sending a gift and wrapping paper and telling the recipient to wrap their gift themselves before enjoying it.  This year I got smarter and ordered from a local company (support the small business owners!)  I placed the order online Friday night and the beautiful flowers (fully setup in a vase) were delivered in less than 12 hours.  My Mom is very pleased with the flowers and the photo she sent me looks very similar to what I ordered online.

This is the best place in the Oneida area to get flowers from.  Lisa and her staff are very knowledgeable and excellent to work with.  I have never had better service from a floral and gifts boutique.

Supposed to cost $82...charged me $96.  I didn't think it was really worth $82 in the first place, but what can you do when you're out of state.  You order what you see online and trust that's what you'll get.
 The photo with the white background (lilies, roses, eucalyptus, greenery, etc above) is what it was supposed to look like. Not sure if the other photo of what was delivered to the funeral home will ever show up here, but it would be the other photo. 
 They don't have an email address and did not answer their phone when I tried to call yesterday to complain.  Too busy to keep trying.  Just thought I'd share.
