Interest rates very high, constantly receiving junk mail from them, every month when i call to make my payment its difficult to get someone on the phone. Customer service says can only pay over phone with the branch i went through. Overall not satisfied and will not do business with this financial institution in the future.. I dont recommend them...

Already had a loan opened in December 2016, I kept getting letters saying pretty approved for x amount, well it's almost June now, I applied online for less then what letter said, way less bc an emergency came up, online said "I'm conditionally approved" and to call to make an apt, person told me over the phone that I was denied bc it's "to soon" -_- If it's to soon then why keep sending out letters saying I'm pre-approved then online it gets conditionally approved?! If it was "to soon" then I wouldn't of had my credit pulled for nothing and it getting lowered!
