Everyone is great, the company is great, just avoid this branch and specifically the branch manager. Complete lack of care and customer service. My wife gave birth on Monday via c-section and he calls me this morning, a few days later, pushing me regarding a supposed past-due payment. I had already paid via Billpay and provided documentation and next steps to their (very) kind rep, Keisha. Keisha promised me I was good to go and to simply send the bank statement when I received it.  All was set and I've actually paid two months ahead, so something went wrong on their end with BOA as it was taken from my account. Anyways, Brandon, the manager, was incredibly rude and unhelpful. Sounded young and immature. Actually said, and I quote "well you had the baby on Monday", implying I should visit the bank today. And that I understood because he had had a baby (I guess?!). Anyways, I was hung-up on twice and threatened with collection action only having recently becoming a customer, so I threatened to write reviews, contact corporate and share with my tens of thousands of followers. Making good on that promise. Brandon, you need to learn true leadership and know when to be humble, understand a human and apologize. By refusing to provide me with corporate's contact info, that doesn't behold well either. I'm not your typical customer, perhaps, that you can mess with and get away with it in the end. I look forward to your formal apology.
