The staff here is especially rude and arrogant. Not one "please or thank you" from anyone in the office. I made an appointment to see Sharon, and was directed to a Sarah. Sarah was not only rude but condescending as well. This is the perfect place to go if you want to lose your self-respect. Otherwise, I would suggest you go to another lending Institution or check out peer-to-peer lending online. I left the office after having been approved for a loan but refused to do business with them because of the attitude of the staff. I have also noticed that the five star reviews have no comments. I suspect they were made by staff members to overcome the negative reviews left by actual customers. In fact one of the people leaving a 5-star reviews is named Sarah but did not make any comments. I really suspect it was the staff member mentioned above.

Today I called them to ask about a letter I received. I wanted to speak to Linda who is awesome. I spoke to her yesterday. Today Sharon or Sherri was on the phone and Linda was busy. The problem is not that she felt like I could not be approved but, that she felt the need to talk to me in a degrading manner. I was explaining to her that I have a mortgage but have a roommate that has been with me for four years and this could be proven. I have good credit and pay my bills on time as she could see. If she still felt like that was not enough say so but, she raised her voice and said "LISTEN TO ME". She also stated we are not going to give you money to do whatever you want with but it's okay to charge 30% interest and have to pay them the payment they want but they can tell you what to do with it. In a nutshell I will never recommend this office. I don't know about this company but, the professionalism she showed was despicable. It's two days before the holidays and she felt the need to be ignorant. I have never been talked to like this and will never talk to anyone else like that. DON"T GO TO SEAFORD!!!

DON'T BORROW ANY MONEY FROM THESE PEOPLE! You'll be paying a 1500.00 loan for more than 6 years. They harass you, threaten you. I wouldn't do buisness with them if my life depended on it.!
