HORRIBLE COMPANY!!! You go through and fill out all of their application stuff. They run your credit and then tell you that you're approved. They send you the documents list to finalize the loan. Then after all of the leg work and running around they tell you that your are Denied???? I don't get it. Now I have a mark on my credit from applying for a loan that LIED!!! Don't trust this horrible bad business practice company.

Do NOT fall victim to this scam! They will take you for everything you are worth all while treating you like trash!! Do NOT use this company!

BEWARE! VERY UNPROFESSIONAL! TOTAL SCAM! Do not give this place a second thought. I applied online and it said that I was approved and I should visit the branch in person. When I got there a lady assisted me checked my pay-stub and began typing info into the computer. She never told me what she was doing or explained the process. Next thing you know she's sitting at another representatives desk named Doug discussing my pay-stub. Doug then ask my boyfriend who's with me does he want to put his name on my loan? We asked the reason and he still wouldn't give an direct answer. The whole time I guess I needed a co-signer? I don't know complete miscommunication. Later he stated that I needed collateral (car title) which the APPROVAL ONLINE NEVER STATED. So I asked him would this leave a derogatory mark on my credit since I WAS APPROVED ONLINE and later told that I needed collateral he stated NO! So on the same day checked my credit and behold SPRING LEAF derogatory mark left on my credit affecting my credit score. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE. - terrible communication and very unprofessional

DO NOT GO HERE!!! The people that work here are incompetent, unprofessional, and rude. The services are mediocre. They make you jump through many loops to even get a loan. If you're looking to get a loan, insurance, etc, please go someplace else!!!
