I call One main every month to pay my bill over the phone. This is easier for me. I have spoke with several employees. Every single time they are just as nice as the next. My loan process was extremly easy, and when I needed to borrow more for a car issue they were on top of it. No extra information needed. They have been amazing to work with.

I have a loan with these people. They called me multiple times wanting me to take out more money cause I have so much equity in it. When I decide to do that all of a sudden, they won't do it. I have been a loyal customer and paid my loan on time every time and they do nothing to help me.
