They told my mom she was approved for $1500 and all she needed to do was come in the next morning with her id. They called her back the next morning and told her she wasn't approved and they couldn't give her any loan. They wasted her time and it wasn't even the same person to call her back that had approved her.

I received a guaranteed loan flyer in the mail for $5000 from One Main Financial. I have been shopping around for an auto loan and with my bad credit no one is wanting to loan me money or give me under 20% interest. There was no interest rate shown on the paper they sent and I called them 5 times without answer and their mailbox was full. Well I only live a short while away so I went down there and it looked like a scam shop. They had a few employees, all of which didn't really care about me, and when I asked the lady about the interest rate she said from 16 all the way UP TO 30%!!! These people are predatory and are looking to screw you over. I recommend everyone to stay away from here.

Ok, I can complaint about getting a loan from this organization but their fees are ridiculous 28.99%? Really? I obtained a loan because I wanted to get rid of negative information in my credit report and it did but at what cost? I guess it worked but after my first payment my balance did not go down it went up! That made me really upset and decide to go USAA, where I should have been gone in the first place but I thought I wouldn’t get approved so I went with One Main Financial, which they did not only screwed my paperwork once but twice!. There software is horrible! It doesn’t work and its so slow. Not to mention the customer service that on a rush they will sign whatever to get you out there door. Very bad experience. I remember going there the first time and everything went ok, and it was a new lady that did my paperwork, second time around was another chick that has been there for years, and she was the one that messed my papers. Anyhow, if anyone has the chance to go somewhere other than here, please do! I don’t like getting a loan that will never get paid off….disappointing. I went with USAA and so much better! They are the best in this crappy town
