Talked to Jenna today and went over the contract. Jenna was funny, engaging and a blast to work with. So far everything is going good and I will increase to 5 stars as soon as I verify funds deposited and payments are deducted as scheduled. Would I recommend this branch, yes. I feel lucky to have gotten Jenna because she was profession but fun to work with.

One main financial offers good loans needed or wanted and no hassle and easy and they have very nice customer service.

They don't answer the phone and never called me back after I left a message

They have absolutely no customer service like most businesses in Pueblo. The guy who answered the phone was very rude! I was conditionally approved with collateral which I have but due to the rep being as rude as he was I decided to hang up.

I tried to notify OneMain about a possible problem with the automatic deduction on 8-9-2016.  The money was not pulled out as scheduled and when I looked at the paperwork I noticed the wrong account number for my bank. When I called to let them know some young girl would not listen and argued with me concerning the number. I think it is ironic for a financial institution to argue with me to get their money. Today 8-10-2016 the money still has not been pulled. What does a customer have to do to pay his bill on time without being argued with.

Here we are on 8-11-2016 and moneys still have not been pulled. I was told that the account number was right. Had she listened to me and passed the information on to someone who knew what to do we would not be here, no she wanted to argue and now I will probably get hit with a late fee. I will call and hopefully get someone who can help.

Called today and finally got a young man who not only listened to the problem but was able to assist in fixing the problem without arguing with me.
