Every time I've been in their Office, each employee has a smile on their face, a warm & friendly greeting & there's no waiting in line! The person you've spoken to on the phone has already taken your application or set you up with a time to come in & they are there as soon as you have a seat! Before you initial that you understand ... they ask you if you have any questions about what you've just covered ~ no question is considered minor so you don't need to feel like it's not important. They WANT you to ask those questions so you will understand everything! If they don't explain it so you understand the first time ~ just tell them, "I'm not sure I understand that." and they will explain it again, breaking it down so you do understand & there's no reason to be embarrassed because they WANT you to know what you're signing! Believe me, they are GOOD at it too! You can walk out the door with a check in your hand & a smile on your face or, they can deposit your money in your bank electronically & you can still walk out the door with a smile on your face! And if you have an emergency come up ... call them because they'll bend over backwards to help you! I just wish OneMain would have been in town years ago! Also, the interest rates at OneMain beat any others I've had a loan with before & that is very important to me! And once you're at home or even if it's a couple of days later when you remember something you'd meant to ask but forgot while you were there, all you have to do is pick up the phone & call them! If the person who helped you is busy, there is generally another representative who can look up your account & answer that question over the phone! OneMain employee's are always there to help you because everyone of their customers are the MOST IMPORTANT part of their job! If you need money, CALL THEM! They'll take most of your application over the phone & tell you what papers you need to need bring in. If I could give them a 10 star rating, I would! Don't be embarrassed because you need some help! That's what they're there for. Plus you can get a credit score or maybe it's the FICO score but they'll explain how that works to help your credit rating! So what are you waiting for? Pick up the phone & call them! The most they can do is ... help you!
