Honestly One Main Financial isnt bad at all, i went there about 6 months ago to take out a personal loan and everything went smooth got my money right there and then. The only reason why im giving it three stars is because after taking my loan i got a call 2 weeks later saying that they needed to keep my car title and that they would give me a check with certain amount of money. To make long story short untill now i havent received a check and all they say to me is that they got a new system, that they will call me back in a certain day and never do and nobody knows how to use the system or that they're too busy. Thats the only reason why i give it 3 stars everytime i call its something different.
