Very unprofessional. They have been working on our house for 2 months now. Since when does it take this long for porch railing/awnings and siding? They claim they have to "order" material whenever they dont show up. The awning they installed leaks when it rains and they left the right side of our porch without railings for the last 3 weeks. The kids have fallen off of it TWICE! The awning was installed crooked and they left power lines down in the backyard. Those lines have been down since the work started 2 months ago. They do not clean up after themselves. There is still a pile of shingles from the roof of the shed sitting on the grass in the yard with nails and all among other materials such as plywood that have been sitting here. If you're thinking of getting work done on your house, do yourself a favor and drive passed this place. Save yourself the trouble of a long drawn out project that should have been completed in 2 weeks MAX!

If there was any company I would recommend with the highest accolades it would be this one. My aunt, an elderly lady had a house fire and within days they were able to come out estimate and repair a full first level home within two weeks. I asked other companies how long and how much yet this is the only company that superseded my expectations. The guy that came out to give an estimate, Dana, was professional about the situation and compassionate towards my aunt. I heard a lot about them but this was my first experience if I ever need work done for restoration services any of our companies or homes on site would be the number one Company to go to first.

I cannot say enough about the wonderful staff, knowledgeable/seasoned technicians, and overall excellent experience working with On Site Solutions over the past 4 years. They have been able to address plumbing issues, electric, turnover maintenance, emergency repairs, trash removal, permit issues and more, always giving the same level of high customer service and great prices no matter how large or small a task assigned. Working in real estate and property management, this is one vendor I keep on speed dial.

The associates at Google were very caring and professional about resolving an outstanding problem we were having with Google billing. This issue is resolved to our satisfaction. Thank you Google!
