I am VERY displeased by the service I have received at the court house today (January 9th 2018). As a new driver, I do lack experience in dealing with tickets and to my understanding, it is the duty of the "inquiry" desk to help any of my needs. The lady was rude and it was extremely unwarranted. I really do suggest a mandatory customer service class for all employees. Yes this is the court but that does not give ANYONE the authority to treat people that way. I was speaking to her and she CUT ME OFFF to gossip to a coworker about a conversation between her and another customer. More so than that, she displaced her anger onto me. I understand it is not the easiest job, however you MUST NOT approach anyone with a hostile tone and must always give your client the benefit of the doubt. This woman is African- Canadian and was working at the far right inquiry booth between the time frame of 12:30 pm and 1:30pm on January 9th 2018.

The clerks at the windows are extremely rude. I went to the information window, the lady looked at the ticket and pointed me to Window 3. I went to window 3 and it had a closed sign. However there was an attendant sitting there on her phone? I stood there while she was busy texting away with a “closed” sign in front of an open window. They do a pretty bad job hiding their phones behind desks.

The feds got me and I aint bout it like that. Judge be wildin on my ass and I'm still innocent until proven guilty smh foh. S/o the many squad members that came thru here from the front door and left thru the back

I was there recently and find the customer service to be VERY GOOD actually.  If you complain try attending Court in Toronto, you will see. 
If you have trouble hire a lawyer or paralegal. Court staffs are not suppose to help or give legal advice.
If you don't like the fact that Court still use archaic/obsolete fax or in person complaint to City Councillor or MPP, they set the budget for the Court.
