Looking for a coin box for one that i had to drill out and they couldn't get it for me. I had to go to ESD directly and they are sending it to me no charge. I would also like to know why one of the owners/employees (Warren Gibson) would rate his own company on google. Personally i would never stoop that low on my own company.

I actually want to give zero stars but I don't think I can do that so I gave one star. Please read this review before you buy anything with this company. Customer service is absolutely horrible, they tell you that they'll call back, they never call back i waited two days for them to talk to their parts department and never got a phone so I had to call back. Also takes forever for them to get parts I'm still waiting for a part, and its been almost 6 months. Also they came to fix one of the machines and it still has the same problem, the guy said he fixed it three times and still the same problem, I'm not sure what he means by I fixes it. When I replace other machines I will never buy it from Ontario Laundry because it truly sucks. The receiption lady is so rude and never gets back to you and doesn't talk to the other employees because they're unaware of what they came to fix at the store. Also she tells you I'm going to go to the parts department to talk to them and I'll call you back ( i called thirty minutes after they opened) and I called 4 hours later and she said the same thing " I was just about head there in five minutes" and then you call thrity minutes before they close and she says I still wasn't able to go talk to the parts department.
