In my personal experience on being on both sides of the law they are well mannered. I didn't feel like I was treated poorly when I was arrested. Nor am I afraid to bring problems to them. They are doing their best to get the job done. Even when the job is sometimes unpleasant.

The Elliot Lake OPP officer Phil Nowiski has threatened a man of color and told his wife "don't come back with the N-word."  It is now at the human Rights Commission.
