One day I got there exactly on appointment time, they refused my son's appointment, mentioning that we should get there 15 minutes before the appointment. Today my sons appointment is at 8:30 and I am here at the door at 8:15 but the door is close. At the time that I post this comments is 8: 20 am, still the door is close!!!
