We had three ceiling fans and an exhaust fan installed in a residence. The folks at On Time were friendly, helpful and prompt and kept in touch with us by phone, email and text on scheduling and arrival. Kevin did an excellent job and we will definitely call On Time next time we need electrical, plumbing or other services that they offer.

Jonathan and his team were extremely professional in identifying the problem.  I'm certain it was one of the more challenging problems and offered several options.   I chose the most difficult option that would meet my needs.  He was prompt on return and had my system back in operation as promised.  In follow-up, Nicholas arrived promptly to check a secondary issue and proved attentive to an area of concern.  For the full team of OnTime, I would highly recommend this organization!

We have used OnTime Service for many of our electrical needs over the past two years we've been in Birmingham, and have been very happy with them each & every time.  Best electric company we've used (from Texas to Alabama)!  As their name implies, they are always on time, well trained, well prepared, very honest, and super nice.

We are renovating our bathroom and have the entire area down to the studs and subfloor.  I need to move the old bath drain about 12" to accommodate the new shower.  There is access to the drain pipe from above and below.  Work would consist of $20 in parts and 2-3 hours if the plumber is slow.  My quote was $900.  When I asked why this was extremely high the technician replied that he had to use the costing in his holy book and had no way to deviate for actual conditions.  He then mused a story about how the cost would be the same if he had to 'bust the drain out of a slab'.

maybe they should change the name to 'on time to bend over'.

UPDATE AS OF 2/25/18: I was able to perform the work myself for $17 in parts and about 1.5 hours of my time.  When I tried to resolve this issue with management they decline to give me a job, because who wouldn't want a job that pays hundreds of dollars an hour?

Derrek did an HVAC inspection at my house and it was a great experience.  He explained everything clearly and took care of some small problems without any extra charges. OnTime Service is very organized and the technicians seem to really know their craft.  Nicholas also came to my house to replace a water line from my house to the street because of a leak. It was a big job and they had people to cover all aspects. They made sure everything was taken care of and working properly.  I’m happy to have a company I can call to take care of issues/problems when they occur. Thanks!
