I ordered 18 roses for my wife but they only sent 12 (it was a beautiful arrangement).  When I called the next day I expected them to either refund the difference or give me credit on a future order.  They offered to send an entirely new arrangement the same day at no charge.  I will definitely be using Open Blooms again in the future.

As good as it gets! Open Blooms knocks it out of the park with affordable prices; polite and prompt customer service, courteous delivery curriers, and gorgeous fresh product! I run a small business with two locations and rely on our twice-monthly, fresh flower delivery (when the flowers are as fresh as they are at Open Blooms, they last the full two weeks!). My Studios would not feel the same without the multitude of plants furnished by Open Blooms. And, they educated us continuously on how best to take care of all our foliage! Plus, our Clients also enjoy the beautiful bouquets sent to their homes to mark their special occasions. Open Blooms never fails to make us look good and always gives me the most bang for my buck. Thank you!

I needed a flower delivery on short notice recently.  I was so glad I called Open Blooms.  They were so easy to work with - and delivered a gorgeous bouquet that the recipient raved about.  I will definitely use Open Blooms again!

I ordered an arrangement from Open Blooms to celebrate our engagement and it made my fiancés day. They went above and beyond to create a beautiful arrangement of Roses and Carnations, that looked even bigger than what I ordered. I am very happy with the love and effort that was put into creating her amazing bouquet, and will definitely use them for special occasions in the future. I highly recommend them to anyone needing flowers.
